<p>The Lyra Health app provides flexibility and convenience by allowing you to prioritize your well-being, wherever and whenever you need it. Whether you wish to independently explore well-being resources, practice skills and strategies recommended by your provider, or stay connected with your provider through 1:1 messaging, the app offers a variety of features to support you.</p>

<p>With the Lyra Health app, you can:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Access well-being resources through Lyra Essentials at any time and from anywhere.</li>
  <li>Watch video lessons to acquire new skills.</li>
  <li>Participate in digital activities and meditations to reinforce strategies and behaviors.</li>
  <li>Message your provider for questions or support.</li>
  <li>Track symptoms and monitor progress over time if you're under the care of a provider.</li>
  <li>Receive reminders for upcoming sessions.</li>

  <li>If messaging and digital activities are offered by your provider, utilize the Lyra Health app for convenient access on the go.</li>

<p>Not all Lyra providers support the Lyra Health app, as access to various features depends on the specific Lyra program you are enrolled in. If you are unsure, please consult your Lyra provider regarding the availability of 1:1 provider messaging and digital activities in your care plan.</p>
